To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging. Along with the item, you will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us and we will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that the reverse shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, but you can exchange your product for a different size, color or style. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
