As a person with 7 years of experience in the footwear industry, I've seen it all. I've seen women limping around in painful shoes, blisters on their feet, and shoes that are too expensive and too uncomfortable to wear. But most importantly, I've seen the potential for a brand that could truly make a difference in the lives of women everywhere.

And so, I set out to create that brand. A brand that would solve the problems of the day-to-day footwear worn by women. I named this brand Mykono, after the idyllic Greek island that inspired me to create footwear that feels like a dream to wear. The designs are inspired by the beauty and simplicity of Greek architecture, but made with the modern woman in mind. The materials are carefully selected to be vegan and cruelty-free, and many of our designs are made in India, where we support local artisans and ensure fair wages.
